Advanced Espresso - Part 1

This course follows on from introduction to espresso. You will gain practical skills and knowledge to refine the technique and the art of preparing and serving espresso. The topics covered:


• General mise en place and coffee.

• How to keep a super clean workspace.

• Mastering consistency in your dose and tamp technique.

• Advanced grind management.

• Dosing and tamping

• Milk texture and pouring


Duration: 3 hours  | Pre requisites: Introduction to espresso
