Ripe cherries are hand picked and brought to central processing mills where they are pulped and washed with mountain spring water.
You will find this Ethiopian coffee fruity and sweet, a perfect expression of the typical flavour profiles of coffee from Ethiopia. The washed processing adds a clean finish making this grade 1 coffee an all round exceptional sensory experience.
