Story:
Grown under the canopy of protected old-growth forest in Sidama by a community of 550 farmers and processed at the Uraga washing station in the neighboring zone of Guji, cherries undergo intensive selection based on ripeness and sugar content. Selected cherries are then dried on African raised beds for 12-15 days.
