  • 2+ years of specialty coffee management experience
  • Deep knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing techniques, and equipment
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and team development skills
  • Understanding of inventory management and cost control
  • Food safety knowledge and relevant certifications
  • Genuine passion for specialty coffee and customer experience
