Coaching for women in coffee

Gina has over 20 years of expertise in the hospitality and coffee industries, and has assisted hundreds of entrepreneurs in realising their dreams of owning and operating their own cafes, mobile coffee units, and online enterprises through mentorship.

As an industry leader Gina has been recognised for her global contribution to supporting women in the coffee industry through the 2019 Eleonora Genovese Australian Coffee Woman of the Year Award. As a consultant to private businesses and stakeholders in Australia and internationally like Timor-Leste, Papua New Guinea, she's provided mentoring and advisory services to increase the value of specialty coffee trade. Recently, Gina helped to establish an Australian chapter of the International Women’s Coffee Alliance (IWCA) and served as President up until November 2021.

Gina's initiative - Coaching For Women In Coffee, aims to encourage and help women who are looking for a way to pursue their passion in the hospitality industry, who want to be successful, and who dare to build their own destiny. We believe women are unstoppable when given the tools, connections and support they require. We are now accepting expressions of interest from women who want advice on how to break into the sector or start their own company.
