Flor Y Nata comes from our friends at Sabio Coffee based in Matagalpa, Nicaragua. We had the pleasure of meeting Sabio's founder Enrique Ferrufino and his team at the end of 2024 and were amazed by the mind-blowing coffees they're producing.
Flor Y Nata is the premium offering from Sabio's large volume lots, comprising of cherries that have been rigorously selected for a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity.
From this coffee, expect a well balanced profile with a crisp red apple acidity, silky texture and caramel-like sweetness.
